Refund Policy

1. The "ROI Pilot" Pre-Condition

We provide a zero-cost ROI Pilot that includes a historical CRM sweep and your first 3 AI-drafted recovery emails. This allows your team to fully evaluate the BASIS engine and verify its native HubSpot integration before ever entering a credit card. Because the value of the platform is proven prior to purchase, we do not offer standard refunds once a paid subscription is activated.

2. Subscription Cancellations

BASIS operates on a strict month-to-month billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will immediately prevent any future recurring charges. However, we do not provide prorated refunds for the remainder of the current billing cycle. You will retain full access to your selected tier's features until the end of your paid month.

3. Account Upgrades and Downgrades

  • Upgrades: If you upgrade your tier (e.g., from Starter to Pro) in the middle of a billing cycle to increase your CRM record limits, you will be charged a prorated amount for the higher tier for the remainder of that month.

  • Downgrades: If you choose to downgrade your tier, the new rate and limits will apply at the start of your next billing cycle. We do not issue partial refunds for mid-cycle downgrades.

4. Exceptional Circumstances (SLA Failures)

We are an enterprise infrastructure company, and we stand by our uptime. The only exception to our no-refund policy is a catastrophic technical failure on our end. If BASIS experiences prolonged internal downtime that prevents the execution of your automated HubSpot CRM sweeps for more than 48 consecutive hours, you may contact our support team to request a prorated credit or refund for that specific billing period. (Note: This does not apply to API outages caused directly by HubSpot).

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We ask that you contact our billing team directly to resolve any discrepancies before initiating a chargeback with your credit card provider or bank. Unwarranted chargebacks will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your BASIS account and the revocation of your HubSpot OAuth token.
